The Table Guy — Now in Spain!
Hi, I’m Jezz — proud table maker, family man, and now happily back in the country I fell in love with over 30 years ago.
The Table Guy began in the summer of 2014, almost by accident. With a bit of spare time on my hands, I decided to make a table — nothing fancy, just using what I had: old scaffold boards, timber offcuts, and a forgotten planter. That planter ended up in the centre of the table as an ice bucket — and just like that, the original Prosecco Table was born.
What started as a one-off project quickly turned into something much more. Orders started rolling in, and before long, I needed help. That’s when my daughter, Maja, got involved. She started helping out in 2016, officially joining me in 2018 when I realised I needed someone who understood marketing — and all the other clever things the younger generation seem to do so well! We've been working side by side ever since — a proud father–daughter duo, turning an idea into a family business we love.
Over the years, we’ve grown The Table Guy into something really special. From that first quirky table, we now handcraft a range of rustic tables, benches, and statement pieces that have found homes all across the UK and Europe. And while our heart lies in the handmade, we’ve also carefully curated a collection of items from trusted external makers — giving our customers a wider choice while still staying true to our style and standards.
Now, with our family making the move back to Spain, it felt only natural to bring the business with us. So here we are — The Table Guy in Spain. Same handmade quality, same thoughtful designs — just with a bit more sunshine.

We adore our Table Guy table!!
It seats up to 9 people comfortably. The unique feature of the central ice buckets are definitely a talking point. The “hassle-free hosting”, once they are filled with ice and your tipple of choice, are just priceless. They save time, with “quality time” spent hosting rather than running around serving drinks!
